JOB Duties:

  • Construct, erect and repair structures and fixtures, made primarily of wood, in a variety of projects such as bridges, highways, buildings and utility plants.

  • Working environments can be very diverse as some work with rough framing and others work with detailed trim and depending on the job the work could be indoors or outdoors.

  • Duties range from installing cabinets, countertops, or interior doors, along with working with a variety of materials including wood, metal, or drywall to build stairways, trim work, partitions, or even bridge supports.
